The Firm assists not only companies, but also assignees, financial and non-financial creditors, investment funds specialising in the acquisition of shareholdings or businesses in distressed contexts, directors, liquidators, statutory auditors, authorities, and relevant bodies in the context of composition with creditors applications.

Real Estate Law

Privacy and Data Protection

The Law Firm has developed a significant expertise in Privacy and Data Protection.

The Firm is able to assist clients in drafting and reviewing privacy policies and notices, liaising with the Data Protection Authority, and providing targeted advice on the main aspects of Italian and European data protection law, with particular focus on issues related to the processing and circulation of data collected and processed via the internet.

Criminal, Corporate, and Commercial Law

The Firm is able to provide comprehensive criminal defence to its clients in the area of so-called white-collar crimes.

The Firm provides assistance in compliance matters, specifically with regard to Legislative Decree. 231/01. The Firm is able to offer effective support to companies, providing various services ranging from the drafting and updating of the 231 organisational model, to assisting the Supervisory Body or directly taking on the role of Supervisory Body, as well as delivering training activities.

The Firm’s white-collar crime team provides both litigation and out-of-court defence in matters concerning:

tax offences under Legislative Decree 74/2000;
bankruptcy offences (e.g. fraudulent bankruptcy);
corporate offences under Book V, Title XI of the Italian Civil Code.

In addition, the Firm has developed expertise and experience in offences against the public administration committed by public officials or private individuals (e.g. corruption or embezzlement), as well as in environmental offences.
