ANDREA BARZAGHI

Professional Experience
Dr. Andrea Barzaghi graduated magna cum laude in Business Economics at the University of Milan-Bicocca and is a member of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants as well as of the Register of Statutory Auditors. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Economics, Management and Territorial Economics from the University of Milan-Bicocca.
He serves on the management and supervisory bodies of leading joint stock companies, limited liability companies and cooperatives. He also serves as Chairman and member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and is registered in the Register of Court-Appointed Technical Consultants at the Court of Monza.

Dr. Barzaghi is a partner of DRBG Law Firm with regard to consultancy and assistance in extraordinary transactions, while also maintaining, together with his team of chartered accountants, his own practice.
